Chỉ thứ ơn nghĩa nhỏ nhặt, ít giá trị nhưng vẫn khó dứt bỏ, dễ bị vin vào để ràng buộc hoặc nhắc đi nhắc lại. Thường dùng để chê kiểu ban ơn vụn vặt mà làm như ơn lớn.

It refers to a trivial favor that means little yet is hard to shake off, often becoming something used to bind or repeatedly remind someone of obligation. It is commonly used critically of petty acts of help treated as if they were great kindness.
